8. Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun

  • Orders may not be cancellable once dispatched

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue

  • Photographic evidence may be required
